How to Get To Cooloola!
Apart
from the Rainbow Venture ferry, all other access to the area is by road.
Decent roads service the area well.
Brisbane to Gympie takes about 2 hours and is about 170km in distance.
Brisbane to Rainbow Bay takes 3 hours (basically another hour North West of Gympie) and is around 240km.
Brisbane to Tin Can Bay is 220km and takes 2 hours and 50 minutes.
Take an hour off off Brisbane traveling times if coming from the Sunshine Coast.
