Kilkivan Great Horse Ride
Saturday 16th April 2011
Over 1000 horses and riders travel 20 - 30 kms from five points around Kilkivan, through picturesque country to Kilkivan for the grand parade at 4 pm. Bay to Bay Yacht Race
Saturday 30th April & Sunday 1st May 2011
The race day starts with breakfast at the Tin Can Bay Yacht Club before up to 80 yachts head up the Great Sandy Strait. The Saturday night stop is at Gary's Anchorage on Fraser Island before the final race to Hervey Bay Yacht Club for presentations to winners on Sunday.
